Here are the inputs and scenario we've assumed for this demo.

Scenario:

You are customer of LeverDS in this scenario.
You have recently purchased the ReviewWriter AI and ReviewResponder service.

LeverDS is now requesting a review from you.

The account manager at LeverDS put these details into your profile;

LeverDS implemented the ReviewWriter AI service for <customer.business_name>. LeverDS also implemented the ReviewResponder service.

ReviewWriter AI is a subscription service that enables businesses to help their customers write great reviews with the use of AI. The service creates an AI specific to the business and can suggest that the AI include specific keywords into the review. The review will be based on the real feedback from the customer and therefore is a genuine representation of the customers feedback.

ReviewResponder is a service that businesses can subscribe to through LeverDS which will respond to Google Business Profile Reviews on behalf of the business. ReviewResponder uses AI to craft the perfect response to each review in the tone and voice of the business. It will handle both positive and negative reviews in a professional manner.

The AI for demo is specific to LeverDS. We have trained the AI on the specifics of the business and asked it to naturally include 1 or 2 keywords from a list of keywords and key phrases that we want LeverDS to rank for in Google searches.

What Happens Next?

  1. We will generate a review for you.

  2. If you like it, you can copy and paste into the Google Review Form.

  3. If you'd like to try again, you can try generating a review 3 times.
